Information you provide

A booking form asks for your name, email address, phone number, pickup date, return date, and acceptance of the rental terms. We store those details together with the quote, reservation status, payment references, and security-authorization status to manage your rental.

Payments

Stripe hosts checkout and processes card information. Our application stores Stripe payment and checkout identifiers and payment status. It does not store your full card number or security code. Stripe may collect additional payment, device, and fraud-prevention information through its checkout. Read the Stripe privacy policy for details.

What we use it for

We use booking information to check and reserve availability, take rental payments, arrange pickup and return, manage the security hold, send booking confirmations, answer rental questions, and investigate payment or service issues.

Confirmation emails include rental details and a private link to your booking. Treat that link like a password and share it only with people who should have access to your reservation.

Service providers and technical records

Cloudflare hosts this site, stores booking records in D1, and provides email infrastructure. Requests may produce technical records needed to operate and secure the service, such as request times, error records, and network information. Stripe processes payments. These providers process information in order to provide their services.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics on the homepage, rental guide, rental terms, and privacy page to understand visits and page performance. Its beacon does not use analytics cookies, local storage, or fingerprinting. We do not load it on private booking pages, the owner dashboard, or API endpoints, and we do not send booking form fields or payment details to it. Cloudflare also provides aggregate request analytics for site operations. We do not sell booking information or use it for targeted advertising. Payment providers may use their own cookies or similar tools when you visit checkout. See Cloudflare Web Analytics for more about its measurement.

Retention and requests

Booking, payment-reference, and operational records may need to be retained for rental administration, accounting, or resolving a dispute. This preview does not yet have an automated deletion schedule. The operator must set the retention policy and publish a monitored contact method for access, correction, or deletion requests before accepting real bookings.

Do not send card numbers or security codes by email or through a support request.
